I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on what to plug up the holes on the intake plumbing. I'm doing a turbo swap and just need to plug these guys up. Here's a picture. The lower piping is the plastic kind, and the J pipe is obviously metal.

Thanks for the help guys!

You can get large rubber, vacuum caps that will fit over the j-pipe fittings at pepboys. Try them also for a large plug, that will fit in the intake hose. Use small hose clamps to secure the caps.

on the intake, screw an appropriate sized bolt into each opening and secure with a hose clamp. They should be sized so they're just barely able to do by hand.

For the rubber intake, I used black rubber stoppers...the kind used for test tubes. You can pick them up at almost any hardware store. You can find the right size so that it will be flush. Then I used a hose clamp to secure it. Also, you can trim the height so it won't protrude into the intake.
