I'm curious, whats the point of having an articulating brace. It will assist torsional rigidity in one dimension, depending on the angle of articulation. That brace is not a triangulation, it is three seperate braces that will only help in the particular angle they are set in. A rigid triangular brace works to disperse the stress over three contact points, but that brace is only going to help in three specific directions. Your car is going to feel twisting motions in a much larger amount of directions than that.

Having said that, it is a very cool piece of hommade metal, though I would say it is more artistic than effective. Take out the pivot points and I would think about buying one.

**** MSA makes and sells allllll kinds of parts that don't work for ****, or near like they are supposed to...maybe you can get a contract with them :) lol

Whether it works superb or not, it looks pretty good. Go slam your car through some twisties and see how it does for ya.

I retract my statement that that is not a triangulation. It is a triangulation, but only in one plane that will more than likely not be experienced in a lateral motion. Kiss my ass physics students, you cant flame me now!
