there was someone who did the swap a long while back. The final drive of the 6speed is the same though so its worthless to do. Not worth the work

 

Would I be able to get any better acceleration out of it or better paddle shift capabilities? Because of the extra tranny setting for the paddles?

They have a good conversion kit with all you need. It may still be in production but give them a call during normal buisness hours and see what they can do..

you might get more "pep in your step" but you will shift more often during accell and will get about the same top end speed and gas milage

if you can handle that , goodluck

I think I'll go through with it since the 6 speed is probably better than the standard 4speed auto, specially since I kinda need auto capability, cause like I said, can't do manual right now :/. But thanks a ton, this should make life a ton easier

 

actually now that I think about it, since you're not doing anything to the rear end, you shouldnt get any difference in the overall top end. You're just going to get different speeds in each gear, and being that you're just throwing one more gear into the mix with the 6speed, its just going to make them shorter.

 

Redline is higher and there are twin turbos. Wouldn't that make for an interesting performance experience with 6 gears? Turbos change the impact incredibly plus an injector and intake adjustment to provide more power for longer revs/gears - 6 long. powerful. gears...
