Suppose long as I've had the car it's done this. It's got new rotors and brake calipers & pads all corners. The engine is great as far as I know- pro tune-up by a Z guy- timing etc, valve stem seals plus clearance adjustment myself- but has always sort of felt like a "heavy" ride. That's the only word I can think to describe it. Also seems maybe too- or at least surprisingly so- squirrelly around wet corners.
Well anyway like I said no noise just a bit of heat as far as I can tell does not seem normal. Would this, if it needed new rear bearings, cause a noticeable drain on power/performance? For all I know the car has anywhere between 150k - 250k miles. Judging the condition I got it in I'm thinking the latter is likely.
Diff and tranny has brand new oil- 90w I think. Whatever the manual said for the climate.
