whats the difference between a 3 angle and 5 angle vavle job? if any what kind of performance between the two

One of the valve jobs has more angles or degrees cut into the valve seat. Stock these cars came with a 3 angle job. The extra angled cuts are suppose to promote more air flow over the seat but can provide less sealing area for the valve. They even have a valve job that is suppose to have something like a infinite amount of angles. I would just go for the three angle job and have the valves lapped to their individual seats. If you want more performance raise the compression NA motor and/or port the head.

if your ports are stock you wont see much improvement if any.. ive done it on a honda crf 450 and dynoed it before and after and that was the only change.. only went up like 3/4 of a hp

yeah after the head done , i'll be working on getting an custom intake.it should feel good when i spray that 150 shot nos

being reading this bored and i have learned alot of new stuff and have been applying to my car and every year it gets faster but i now it not at its limit and im not tired of learning (thank god for this board)
