EFI tuning?

Lots of people are trying to get the fuel mix right - fooling with the AFM etc. I read about installing an O2 sensor & hooking up a meter to measure air/fuel mixture. What results have people had that tried it?

Since then I've changed the fuel regulator and had little success in having it run right. While changing the FR, though, I checked the injectors and found that two of them were cracked....but there is a bunch of diagnosing you can do before you get to that point.

Anyone you'll ask will tell you to clean off all connectors that send a temp signal to the ECU (water temp sensor, bullet connectors near the fuel rail).
