Do i need to bleed my rear GAS shocks? or only the front, since FSM only shows bleeding procedure for front shocks.

I have never heard of bleading gas shocks. What would you be bleeding out?

I do not own an 82 but my 77 came stock with oil based struts that needed to be bled before reintall. The FSM does not go into detail on the rears and states that you should reference the front strut section for detail. I have replaced mine with kyb gas shocks so the sections on bleeding no longer apply.

no...

hydraulics require the bleeding procedure, gas cartridges do not.
