You'd have to measure, compare the rails, see if you can swap them out. It might be a tight fit, but i dont ride in a 240sx daily...

 

I was wondering this same thing earlier this week.

 

I think 91-91 sentra SE-R seats fit in 240s w/ very minor modifications.

 

Z32 seats sit up to tall for my likeing in a 240sx. I dopnt remeber what exact modifications have to be done but ive seen it done before and sat in them. S14 seats are about the most comfortable seats to just drop into a 240sx.
