If you check the gear ratio in the diff you might get a little top end speed. Do not change the heads unless you want to loss power. The non-turbo engine has a higher compression ratio (9.0:1 vrs7.8:1).
You could try calling Crane Cams. They will need to know the displacement of your engine, compression ratio and aspiration. They can make a cam that will help destroy all those wise-ass turbo owners.
