oops, sorry.I guess I should have been more spacific. I am in the process of replacing the fuel dampner and regulator on my 91tt. I want to replace the fuel lines while doing this, so is 180psi fuel line ok or do I need some thing stronger??

That should be OK -- our systems pressurize to almost 50 PSI via an OEM pump.

Stuff I bought at a local car shop was 100 PSI rated and have had no issues for years...

Actually if its a TT car its base pressure is 45psi and it increases 1 psi for every psi of boost added and vice versa for vacuum.

But, 180psi is plenty fine I mean youd need 135psi of boost to reach its burst point lol.
