When I press my break pedal, it makes a hissing sound, like air is being forced through the system. Is this a bad thing or should I have it checked out?
I've had this problem. Check for a leak in the Master-Vac, probably the diaphragm. I replaced the Master-Vac with a salvage part, and the hissing stopped and my brakes worked WAY better.
