Must be mistaken why they say set GAIN to 0, the lowest it goes is 5.

Double checking, you have the hoses from the wastegates as equal length as possible T-ed into the COM port, and the hoses from the nipples on the pipes going to the throttle bodies T-ed into NO, correct? And the NC port is left unplugged.

Otherwise, just make completely sure no hoses are being pinched, I had that problem.

Finally, its a finicky controller, it took me a week to figure it out once I was positive it was set up right.

 

just curious.... why do you want the wastegates equal length. i mean i understand why you wouldnt want one 3ft long and the other 6 inches. but if they are like 2-3 inches different, you are not goign to see any difference.

I agree, I don't think a few inches difference would hurt it.

yep. actually this saturday in Grand Rapids at 1pm. Thats about 1.5 hrs away from me. We are meeting at a place called Craigs Cruisers. Its an indoor/outdoor Go Kart track. Its a lot of fun to get a bunch of Z owners into go karts and do some racing!
