He goes through spurts of up and down. I would be a little concerned as well. He's always come through though. Have you tried e-mailing him and asking? I've yet to hear of someone not getting their parts from him. It may just take a little longer than you expect, unfortunately.

 

OK...thx. I've emailed him three times over the last 2-3 weeks...

I'll give him another week I guess. Can't wait much longer than that.

 

i emailed him once about an order after it arrived. I didnt recieve a response for about 2 weeks. Then i emailed him again recently, and i got a reply the next day. So far, so good.

 

I ordered the alloy gearknob and door lights from him about 6 months ago. They arrived within a few weeks (and I live in New Zealand!). Their products are first rate!

 

his website sucks right now. It won't let me look through his products, only what he has on ebay right now. he's got some neat stuff from what is seen a while back.

 

Yeah he is slow at replying, I went thru this same dramas when I ordered from there also but i did eventually recieve my products.

 

He's A THIEF Now

I sent him an order on Aug 18, the check cleared on Spet 14. On Oct 31 when I hadn't received anything, I emailed him about the order. I got no reply so on Nov 25 I sent another and still nothing. I even sent him a message through his ebay ads. BTW his phone number is 585-621-1722.

I sent him an email through Ebay as well...no response there either.

Still no response, guess they think they can keep payment w/o sending product. The number escii provided doesn't have voicemail... :-?

It's been over two months w/o a single response.

Recommendations? File a complaint with local authorities or just a fraud notice with PayPal to start...?

 

I started another thread on z31.com and Dan from thespecshop.com said to email him with the details. They do business with Z-Tek and said they might be able to help resolve the situation. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you but keep me updated. If you file a complaint I'll do the same, anything to get my parts or $.

 

Update...now a month later still waiting on parts. He won't return my money either.

Beware, guys...his stuff's on Ebay.
