I noticed you've recommended Steve to me and other members several times. I'm not going to do business with Steve because he once sent me a dilapidated door handle for an 85T that was in poor working condition and had scratches all over it. He gave me a refund but it was a hassle. I'm not going to put myself through that trouble again and I try to get parts from more reliable sources. So please
don't mention Steve Berman again, thanks.

I'm sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with Steve. Look, you asked for a resource and I gave you one.

And the reason why I recommend him to other Z31 owners on here is based on my own personal experience. You go to a fast food joint and get a bad burger, hey it happens sometimes. But not every one who goes there gets a bad burger. I have owned two 300zx cars since 2012, and if it wasn't for Steve and his massive listing of parts, I wouldn't have been able to keep my Z's on the road over here. I am overseas and there are no parts for these cars here at all.

I've spent nearly a decade with these cars and the majority of the parts I needed, I got from Steve. Granted, there's still a lot of aftermarket parts out there but when it comes to STOCK parts like interior, body, and under the hood parts.... Steve is one of the best resources you are going to get for a Z31. Now, all his parts are used so yeah you might get one that is not clean or in great shape, but at least you can get the part. I never really had a bad experience from him in nearly a decade of ordering and shipping parts overseas to me the whole time. He kept my cars on the road.

Point is, now days you have to jump on the parts resources that are still available to you. You can go through whoever you choose, but I'm not going to stop mentioning a good parts source just because of one guy's bad experience.

I understand you were just trying to help, but I told you about my experience with Steve for a good reason. Like I said, I've seen you mention him numerous times so it was finally time I said something about it. I'm not going to debate it with you because I don't have the time and it's also not going to change my mind. I don't think Steve is a good parts source because he made a conscious decision to send me an inferior part, nor would I recommend him to another buyer because he's proven unreliable. I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't discuss this further in my WTB thread as I want to limit it to good part leads only. If you want, I suggest you create a separate thread about your experience with him but don't try to convince me he's a good part source, thanks.
