Hi folks,
I posted a couple weeks ago about a 78 that has no power to the ignition block on the fuse box.
I have no power coming to the fuse box on the White with black trace wire. I have obtained a wiring diagram and searched endlessly to no avail. Everything checks out - fusible links are fine, I have replaced the fuel injection relay and the fuel pump relay. Both relays come to life when I jumper the power source from another block on the fuse box, and the fuel pump comes on. I cannot run the car with this setup, I need to get to the root of the problem and find out why I am not getting power TO the fuse box for this circuit. I have tested the ignition switch and when I put the key in the run position, the black with white trace wire lights up just fine. I have checked just about everything I can think of and still have no power to the fuse box for the IGN block. I am going nuts! The motor will kick over, I have spark at the coil and plugs, but nothing to the fuel pump. I don't know what else to tell you I have done, I think I have all the bases covered, but apparently not! I would welcome any and all suggestions, from the more experienced Z buffs.

Many thanks in advance!

There is an ignition relay also that you didn't mention. It is above the fuse box, beside the connector blocks. It has these colors: Blue/Red,Blue/Red
Solid White,White/Red
Black/White,Black/White
and a bullet connector Black

Check that you have power at both Black/White wires.
