How can I get the complete wiring diagraham for my car? What is the best one, Chilton, Haynes, etc.... I have many wires that were cut and hacked away by the precious owner. Would like to get everything working the way it should. Thanks,,, -Leslie

I've heard that Chilton is good but that when It comes
to Z cars, Haynes is better... Though, I haven't clue
where you can get one at.... Try Motorsport Auto..
They've got just about everything...

Your best source for an accurate wiring diagram is to get your hands on a shop manual specific to your year. Since the Haynes manuals generally cover more than one model year quite often they don't cover subtle differences between changes that have been made from one year to the next. If you can't get someone to send you a copy from their shop manual (I've copied schematics from my 78 shop manual and sent them to fellow Z-ers) try posting an inquiry on the IZCC home page at http://www.zhome.com/

Get your hands on a factory manual.
I have an 81zxt diagram from my factory manual but who knows what they changed on the 83.
Try www.books4cars.com I saw one for around 30.00
