I would'nt do that... get off your lazy butt and use a 1/2" drive ratchet to remove the drain plug! Jeez, that is lazy! I would recommend using Redline MT-90 for your tranny oil. You will need to buy 3 qts, but the tranny will only take 2 1/4qts. The diff will take 1 3/4qts (need to buy 2qts) of Redline 75-90 gear oil. You can order it online from http://www.auto-motor-oil.com/redline.html Free shipping if order is over $30.00. You probably can find it localy, look in the yellow pages in the automotive section. Look for racing, performance supply houses. Average price is $7-8 per qt. It will help shifting in cold weather, ect. Highly recommended.

I hope you feel better

Working on the car while sick does suck. Once you feel better, break out that 1/2" drive ratchet and loosen the drain plug.
