I'm currently shaving a P79 eighty-thousanths and shimming everything up the same. It is supposed to boost compression to about 10.1. I'm leaving the exhaust liners in. Keep in touch and I'll let you know how much it costed and what performance gain I got.

I did the same as above. I am currently trying to finish up the body metal work and will hopefully get it painted and running around late March to early April. I plan on using a 76 intake, no EGR, and will have the ports and runners matched and polished (some). I plan on using an Electromotive engine management system also. I am hoping to get in the high 200HP range.

I'll keep you posted.
