It's the section of your intake piping with wires going into it.
I'd take it out ( 4 bolts hold it to the bracket underneath... If I remember correctly) and see if there is any filament damage by looking though it... if you wanna dry it out just Put it in your airing cupboard over night...
Why, what happened & what problems are you having?
i washed the engine last night the car ran perfectly ultill i washed it. after i washed it i went for a ride and the engine cuts out at 2000 rpm it dosent stall but the power is gone then when it drops below 2000 it starts running again.
I don't have any specific ideas that haven't already been mentioned by someone else. My advice - after having checked what has already been mentioned - is to wait it out.
I had the same problem not long after I purchased my Z about 5 years ago after my father took the liberty of power washing my engine when I wasn't around. I experienced bucking as well. I waited it out for 2 days or so and I did not experienced further problems.
