Yup,

It is finally time. My drums have 230K miles on them, and it is time to replace them.

Where is a good place to buy '77 drums. I need both. Also, I should probably replace the brake adjusters, pads, springs.

Where is a good place to buy all this? I know that drums can be pretty spendy.

From the address on your sign-on, I take it you are up in Seattle.

If you are looking for brand new, then either check Motorsports or Victoria British or ZParts to name a few. Sorry don't have experience with any of them so can't help you there.

If you don't mind used drums, there is one boneyard down here in the Portland Oregon area that I go to that has a pretty good selection and fair prices.

You can also get them at virtually any NAPA auto store and/or the national retailers like AutoZone, PepBoys, etc.

Online sources are endless.

You should also be able to choose from steel or aluminum...

ask most parts are OE in Nissan boxes...

Or use 82+ 280ZX calipers and rotors and obtain the maxima brackets for a bolt on conversion. If you wish to maintain 4 lug bolt pattern and want better disk brakes BTW... You could prob do it for about 100 + More then all new stock drums.
