5's are going to be very hot. A lot of argument has been to go to something cooler like a 7 or 8. Check it out.

NGK BP7, I run a "hot-setup" too, and found (for me anyway) that my 240 F54/ SU/ ZX ignition w/ Flamethrower P40 coil, and a colder plug seemed to work best. However, I can say with some certainty that, NGK's, in general, just seem to work better in Z's. good luck

longest lasting least fouling plug I have EVER used

Have used the Bosch without any hassle...but am trialling Denso Iridium at the moment...seems to provide a nice kick

for as long as i have been changing plugs, i have used nothing but bosch platinums. forget all the snake oil and such about splitfires and +4's, nothing but hype and marketing for extra $$$$.

i have some AC delco rapid fires in mine, i dont know what heat range it is, but the car is running rich now, dont know if it was the plugs that did it though. I didnt seem to notice any difference in performance with em

I use the B7EVX NGK Platinum. They may cost a little bit but work great in my car. I recomend it If your car has a cam and high compression ratio.
