Z432??? Is this a 240z or a body style right before it?

The Z432 refers to a JDM Fairlady Z with the DOHC 2.0L 6 cylinder engine. I'm not sure whether or not the Z432 was exported anywhere, but I have a feeling that TonyD knows.
I recall an article in the old Z Car Magazine on someone in the US building his own Z432 by importing parts from Japan.

From what I have read, the PS 30 (Z432) was introduced by Nissan for the domestic market. The DOHC 4-3-2 designation stands for 4-valves, 3 carburetors, and 2 camshafts. A racing version (Z432-R) had three twin-choke N40 PHH-AR 152 carburetors (don't know what those are).
I'm sure this has been talked about before but my memory has faded. Could you take that head and put it on say an L28?
LY28 ~ 300HP at 7600 RPM in race config.
