what tells the injector to open and close.and what tells them how long to stay open.i was told that there was a sensor in the distribator,is that true.if so what does it look like.thanks ahead of time

Haven't you bought a FSM by now? Their is a whole chapter on the operation of the system. Why were you even driving it considering your earlier post about backfiring?

negative of the ignition coil. shared with the tach. That's why you need the tach adapter with MSD because it interferance with the injector signal
