I took the power steering belt off drove it for 20 or so (pain-full)miles and it didnt make a sound. So, I guess that means its the powersteering pump. I guess I will be 100% sure in the morning when I drive it with the power steering belt on. I just hope it lasts me a while, but if not I'll use the one off my parts car.

I still dont know where my coolant is going though....

If it is your power steering, chances are it is the bearing in the front of the ps unit as it was on my 83T. After I spent nearly $200 for a new pump for my pristine 83T I took the old pump apart only to find a bad, easy to replace bearing. I removed the bearing and went down to a bearing supplier and replaced it for about $15. Been kicking myself in the ass ever since. I am assuming the pumps are similar between an 80 and an 83.
