I just bought a 73 z ,and I noticed that its only running on two barrels the secondaries dont engage. This afternoon I changed some of the linkage around and nothing seem to work,it seems that I dont have enough gas pedal .I can engage all the barrels by hand when I go beyond were the gas pedal stops and it works .I took the bump stop out, so it goes to the floor. Can some one help ?I know this this car will run good when I get the other two barrels going.

I'm preety sure you have a 4bbl since you have secondaries. What is it 600cfm? In any case the arm that moves the linkage rod(attached to manifold) may not be long enough. I think that when they designed the manifold it was intended to be used with vacum secondaries, migh be what you have. If you have a manual secondaries all you have to do is make that arm longer, along with the rod to the carb. That will give you more movement. I am about to try this setup, so If you get no closer, post again and i see if i got it
