On my weber DGV carb whenever I open up the throttle no fuel squirts into the primary. I've replace the accelerator pump diaphragm and now have possibly tracked it down to either the accelerator pump jet and/or its pump delivery valve assembly. However, I was hoping someone could give me some kind of assurance given my symptoms. I've unscrewed the pump delivery valve and pump jet. The ball in the pump delivery valve moves, but not too freely. I can blow through the accelerator pump jet, so its not plugged. When I remove the pump delivery valve and pump jet and apply the thottle fuel travels upwards like it should be, however, when I put the pump delivery valve and pump jet and 2 little washers (gaskets) back on, the fuel seeps from around the pump jet. Are the holes in the pump delivery valve supposed to line up with the tiny hole in the pump jet? It would seem so but when I tighten the delivery valve down, I know they are not in alignment. Any ideas on what the problem is?
