Found out my problem with all the warning being on. replacing the alternator did not fix the problem. If you have this problem, take out ALL of the light bulbs and check sockets. I found out that one of my brake lights had some corrosion in the socket. The light was still coming on but was a little dim when you checked it in the dark. Cleaned and replaced the bulb and the problem is solved. So please check those bulbs and maybe save some time and money. I had even checked the book and it said the alternator was bad. NOT!

you must have a very unique experience but that is good to know for future reference. if your alternator was close to 90k old its probably a good thing you changed it anyway. think of it as preventative matinence. you probably just saved yourself from being stranded at some point.
