Hey fellow Z enthusiasts!
I have an 82 280ZX, and the passenger door got damaged a while ago. I figure I'm gonna have the bodywork done sometime in the next year, but if any of you live in California and have a door in the original silver I would be very interested. I got one last summer from a guy on the east coast, but UPS smashed it (I think that's why their name reads Oops), so that's why I'm only looking for one in California. That car is a lot of fun, but even more so I appreciate how reliable it is! (A reliable sports car, go figure?) Not a turbo, which may explain the reliability, hehehe. Maybe when I am out of college I'll find a turbo Z to spin around in. Thanks for reading, if you can help please e-mail at [email protected]

In praise of LuZifer

Haha, hey Joe, didn't recognize you!
(Just to let any of you (besides Joe) reading this know, LuZifer is who I got the door on the east coast from. Would have been a nice one, too, had it not been smashed. If you ever get a part from him, I will vouch for his honesty, he harassed UPS for me to get my money back, and then sent me the check when they FINALLY did. Nice guy.)
Joe, I haven't put the tape deck in. It's wierd because my tape deck doesn't have those two buttons for metal tapes and for Dolby NR, but I think I can just do a straight swap, face and all. Won't be till I get a free minute, though. I'm sure it will work great, and even if it doesn't I'll just salvage the parts off it I need to fix the one I have.
I guess I'd better get with the program and think up a cool nickname, eh? Hehehe Thanks Joe!

I live in Southern California next to Los Angeles, but from time to time I drive up to my parent's home in Northern Cali, so it could be from almost anywhere in California if it can be reached in a reasonable amount of time off Interstate 5.
