Well, I cant really find it. I feel it in the sterring wheel.I replaced my front struts, I replaced the strut mounting bushing.I replaced all bearing in front wheels. I am not sure what to replace next. I am gonna put my other tims on just to see if it is maybe a bent rim.Thanks in advance guys.

check to see if you tie rod ends inner and outer are tight, also ball joints. if they are check the wheel itself physically for any imperfections and take it to your local tire shop to check the balance. also check your steering rack bushings.

Does the ZX have radius rods? The 280Z does and if the radius rod bushings are worn the front end and the steeering wheel will shimmy like a cement mixer somewhere between 45 & 65 mph. Motorsport Auto sells some nice urethane ones.
Also, do you have stock wheels? If you have aftermarket wheels they are probably lug centric rather than hub centric. This too can cause a vibration unless the lugs are torqued tight with the wheels OFF the ground.
