I'm contemplating a V8 conversion. I have a local shop who can build and manufacture anything, who is ready able and willing to help me. Part of me says stay with the six cylinder and the other half says V8 power. I welcome your thoughts and comments.
I totally understand your quandry. I have been going through it for several months myself. What is your final goal? Do you want a really nice cruiser with good power or do you want to smoke Corvettes? Personnaly I want to smoke the 'Vettes but have decided that the $10K pricetag to do it right is just too high right now. I'm going to do an interim mildy modified L28 to replacing my ailing original power plant and then, maybe at a later date, go for the fire breather.
