my vote is for the ABS

That is what I replaced the stock one on my car with. You will feel a bit more road vibration in the steering wheel, but it makes up for it in zero flex in the bushing.

I replaced stock with Urethene coupler. Found no difference in ride. The new one from Motorsport didn't fit exactly so I had to force the bolts through. Long and short. If the stock one isn't destroyed, leave it alone and spen $8 somewhere else like steering rack bushings (I would go Urethene there for high speed use).

go with the urethane coupler, i did and i like it a lot, also the urethane rack bushings are a must. Those really really help on a car with no power steering
