Any suggestions on adding a turbo to a non turbo 300zx w/o the whole engine swap?? Any one heard of this http://www.turbonator.com/ or anything like it? anything will help! thanks

That's a gimmick....won't do @$#%....

If you are planning on adding a turbo, you won't need to swap the engine.
You'll just need to get a turbo, some intake and exhaust piping, injectors, and some other related electronics...fyi

yeah don't forget the biggest b*tch to fine, the front cross member
hope you find one in your LOCAl junk yard, can't imagine shipping one of those things.

I still say your best options are:

1. See your car and buy a turbo z31 or
2. Buy a cheap turbo z31 and follow the general guidelines of this FAQ mentioned above:

The crossmember is 32$ shipped from arizona to NJ because I had mine shipped

The Turbonator is no good really, I bought one and put it in my Z, and I haven't nocticed any difference in power, but I have been getting alittle better gas milage. I used to get around 17 to 18 mpg , and on my last trip to Missouri I got 20-22 mpg, that might of just been a fluke or I didn't have my foot in it as much. I wouldn't buy though, it was just me wasting more money on my Z.
