I was planning on doing some mods to my NA 79 280zx. I already have a cold air intake on it, and am planning on a larger TB (possibly a 60mm off of a 240sx), headers and a larger exhaust. I was just curious, with these mods, would running injectors off of a turbo be beneficial, or possible at all? I guess what I am asking is would it be possible to swap out my injectors for ones off a turbo without any problems, and would it make a difference anyway? Thanks guys.

I don't think you need the turbo injector. I would go with rising rate FPR. I got evreything yout got plus cam and N/A injector is fine

I agree with yo2001. Your afm will sense the additional airflow and the ecu will hold the injectors open longer. Since the system stock operates at less than 80% duty cycle, unless you're able to increase airflow by more than 20% (unlikely without forced induction) you shouldn't exceed the stock injectors flow capacity.

I have built my engine, 1mm larger pistons, cam, ported and polished, and header and still run N/A injectors with no problems. Putting on turbo injectors would not do anything for you at this time.
