I have a 1981 turbo engine can I plug up the turbo or remove it
and install this engine in mt non turbo car. I think it can be done but I dont know about the computer, all else I need to do something my son needs a school car....thanks

yes you can, just swap the intake exhaust manifolds. ...and the Dizzy. the turbo motor is a lower compression motor...so your ZX is not going to be very fast.

why not just install the entire turbo motor?

Why don't I sell you a brand new Nissan turbo for $399. + shipping.
You have to send the old one back to me. In this case, your son's
car will run the way it should be. Why compromise the safety, inconvenience
of your son especially if it is too far away from you.

WHISH I had enough time to get my motor out and get that one your selling in. 399 is bit$$en price. Makes me mad to think about it

If I'm not mistaken the turbo head has square exhaust ports so you manifold wont work cause more than likely its a round port(not 100% sure you might wanna look it up). If you have a square port exhaust manifold your good to go, you can your old EFI and intake and distributer. BUT like the other guy said a turbo motor with no turbo isnt exaclty high performance so you car will be slower(which is probably a good thing if your son is driving it).
