did you remove the manifolds when you did the turbo? If you did, you may have an intake/exhaust leak. Other option is you messed up your O2 sensor by hurting the pigtail wiring (or its not plugged in). If you let me know what you took apart, then maybe we can help a little more. Theres also the chance that there is a crack in the boot from the afm to the turbo or even the j-pipe isn't sealing correctly.
turbo changed out...running woes....
i recently changed out my turbo on my 82 zxt and since i have my car is not running right......idle is rough,and awful to get running until warmed up.....anyone have any ideas?

i broke the number 6<nearest to the firewall> exhaust bolt....it sheared right off for no reason! i took the intake and exhaust off replaced the gasket,had a problem figuring which vacuum hoses<the 3 ones that connect to the side of the intake,the emissions hoses> i think i got them back right....but when the car warms up it runs fine but theres a miss.......
