Redline MT-90!

That is what I use too... BTW, transmission fluid is for auto trannys. Manual gearboxes use gear oil.

Here is some info on Redline lube I found on this site.
"On my 78 5 speed, 2 and 1/4 quarts, 3.54 rear end about 1 and 3/4 quarts. I would recommend
Redline MT-90 for the transmission and Redline Gear Oil (75W-90) for the diff. Basically you
need 3 quarts of MT-90 and 2 quarts of gear oil and fill til level with the fill hole. I just
put the red line in my car and the transmission is much smoother shifting and the drive train
is definitely quieter. Havn't got a new mileage reading yet, but I expect it may go up some as
well. I bought mine online at:

http://www.auto-motor-oil.com/redline.html

About $8 a quart, free shipping if over $30 ordered. Took three days to get it."

You can also find Redline at your local race/speed shop. Check your yellow pages in the automotive section under performance parts, ect. I live in Winchester, VA and the local dirt track supply house has it for $7.25 per qt.
