The adjustment is simple.

When the car is at idle there is a connection.

As soon as the throttle is moved the least little bit there is not.

Turbos are not like the n/a engines that have a connection for full throttle.

Full throttle doesn't mean a thing to the turbo - only boost , rpm and temperature.

Hence no full throttle contact needed.

As posted to you on Sept 30 2001 at 11:30 am:

The pins on the TPS are labeled 24 30 29, from left to right.

You should have continuity between 30 and 29 with the throttle closed and no continuity between 30 and 24.

Increase the engine RPM to 1400 and you should have no continuity between 30 and 29.

Or insert .051 inch feeler gauge between the Throttle Valve Stopper Screw and the Throttle Valve Shaft Lever and adjust the TPS so that continuity flickers between "On" and "Off".

DO NOT ADJUST THE Throttle Valve Stopper Screw.

Pins 24 and 30 are used for WOT on N/A engines, on turbos WOT is sensed elsewhere, but you should have continuity on these pins after 1500 RPM.
