you should be able to hook a tow bar to the tow hook on the front of the car. the car itself can handle it, i dont know if your tow bar will fit adequately..

if the car rolls freely in neutral, you can tow it in neutral. if you want to take the driveshaft our (or need to) you will need two 12mm open end wrenches.. (i think thats the right size, bring two whole sets just in case. sometimes bolts get replaced over the life of a thirty year old car) possibly long ones to get torque onto the bolts. the driveshaft slips into the rear of the transmission, but it bolts onto the differential with four nut/bolt combinations, both of which will need to be held while removing. the easiest way to do it is to get a wrench on one side and find a way to block it against some structure on the bottom side of the car, then just wrench away.. once you break it loose, i usually hold the wrench at a steady angle, and rotate the driveshaft to do the actual spinning of the nut.. it takes several spins, but its not that difficult once you get the bolts loosened. it CAN be a daunting task, trying to get the wrenches onto the bolts tightly, and you may need to use the box socket ends, but you may not be able to. i have cursed at my car ALOT trying to get those bolts off, but ive always succeeded, given some time.

remember its always best to hold the bolt head stationary and spin on the nut side, rather than vice versa.. just a mechanic's rule of thumb.

yah, its a long answer, but hey, i wanted to be thorough. if youre still online and have questions, i am on AIM wunder the screen name tardaeron
