1. The easiest way is to buy a turbo car in the first place.
2. Really big ones if you’re willing to cut the fenders off.
3. One word: rust.
4. Two words: JATO rocket.
5. We could help more if you told us what kind of car you have.
6. No.
7. Yes.
8. The 69 240Z is the best Z car ever. Come back when you find one.
9. Get a factory manual.
10. You aren’t listening: GET A FACTORY MANUAL.

Answers we'd like to give...

1)-If you don't like the answers you get, don't ask the blasted question.
2)-So, let me get this straight. You are 17, you make $5.50/hr, you bought the car for $200 and you haven't got it running yet, BUT you want to know which $3000 set of 18 inch tires and wheels will fit on this rusted out hulk?

(ok guys. please no flames, just joking around here! I WISH I were 17 again, just would like to know all the stuff that I've learned since then ;-)

Yes it’s true the F1 produces 1,500,000 pounds of thrust.
You may just want to weld your Z to the top of a fuel tanker because it eats 3 thousand gallons per second so enhancement to your fuel pump may be necessary.

The JATO was a cool engine from the old days, you could sneak into any airport that had military surplus engines that would strap on a large plane and would kick it in the air of a small runway. Kids would bolt them to the bed of pick-ups. You can’t find JADO like back in the 60s so I would go for a 727 APU they have them laying around just about every major airport.

JATO Stands for Jet Assisted Take OFF I've seen it used on C-130 Aircraft. Purpose to get the bird off the ground faster, typically used on short field runways. A real kick in the tail:)

Thats the one!

I have a cool picture of a German Airforce F-104 being launced in this fashion.
The Germans were the first to try it during WW2.

Sure it can be done, it just depends how much money you want to spend.

You forgot: Yes, it can be done. Take the weight of the car in twentys and multiply by your desired top speed for an estimate of cost.
