Is there a way to test the ECU, besides replacing all the sensors to find out that the ECU is bad. I've tested the AFM, it is good so does that point to a bad ECU.
Things I've replaced
FPR, cap, rotor, coil, fuel filter, O2 sensor.
Things I've tested.
the fuel pump, 35psi on cranking.
AFM, using the FSM test.
The car will start and run, but the next day it won't start without reseting the timing. Moving the dist in both directions it causes the FPR to release fuel pressure.
thanks
Al
