When I was doing my clutch replacement I had the entire back "pad" FULL of stuff related. Clutch kit, grease, tool kit, socket set, breaker bar, bagged bolts, tape for labeling, pens, & more!

Don't feel bad - I've been there!! The trick is to lay a big towl down before you unload all of the parts!

Make sure you lay a blanket down so you dont scuff the carpet or anything.

As usual, Zbum has the right idea. Picture this. You're doing 65 mph down the interstate or......some other raod and you have to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident or.......you get into an accident. I wonder how much damage a clutch plate (or other parts) could do to the back of your head. It would probably ruin your entire week. Stay safe.

while I agree somewhat, his car isn't running and thus, works as a perfectly suitible storage location for the time being.
