I need a few more details...

what software are you running?

why do you say the timing is not correct? Did you measure it and find that wasn't what you set it to, does it just not run right, or are you having trouble with what values to program it with?

Is the timing not correct all of the time, or when you are on boost, or high RPM, or low RPM, etc?

what are you using for a timing pickup? where/how is it mounted?

You have a timing graph? What does it look like? Is it 3 dimensional, or just timing vs. RPM?

Also, did you just get the TEC system from your friend and fit it to your Z, or did you get the whole engine/turbo/TEC package and install it in your Z? (i.e., is the calibration that you have for some other engine configuration, or was it for your engine?)
