Hey i have an 85na and i noticed in your signature that it said you had a k&n filter with the resonator taken off.
I'm in the process of ordering a team green filter from thespecshop.
Did taking the resonator off make any sort of difference? What does the resonator do (has something to do with sound i assume.)
Thanks, joel r.

This goes for anyone else for that matter.

Resonator is just there to quiet the intake on the car, its not really restrictive, but it will make your intake quieter.

wenis,

Red Beauty is correct. I replaced the resonator with a straight piece of pipe. It's supposed to add some growl to the engine sound. I couldn't tell much of a difference but I was 17 at the time and was paying more attention to how fast I could attempt to kill myself driving that day.

I haven't met any ZX'ers in person since I moved to MO so I haven't compared. It was easy enough to do however, so I would go for it while you are at it!
