Re: my 1982 280ZX 2+2, a/t, a/c, Power windows.
PROBLEM:

Recently, all at one time, the following happened to my car.
--Speedometer stuck on 30 MPH.
--Power Windows will not move.
--Cruise Control will not work-but on/off swith lights up.
--Radio is now spastic. sometimes works, sometimes not, but lights up.

TODAY, I removed all fusible links, relays, all three "things" under the drivers seat,
Cleaned all connections, and, using two extra sets of all these things, changed them one by one and still no luck.

Any help, please.

I didnt realize the speedometer in the 1982 is electric. hmmm. Anyway, I had really weird electrical gremlins similiar to yours in my 1979 280ZX. I ended up taking it to a Z specialist. Turned out to be a faulty fuse box. I believe they replaced a couple of relays. You'll probably need to use a test light to find the problem.
