what is the highest boost a stock turbo will put out?...not what the engine will handle, just what is the turbo capable of?

and also is the 6 psi per 1 CR right?

I believe after about 10-12psi it will be spinning so fast that the amount of heat added to the air will negate any effect of gaining power.
