I have 1977 280Z. I seem to be getting a wandering in the steering. When I shake the wheels left and right i hear the rack moving, slight sweak from under the bushing. If i need to replace the bushing at the rack, would you consider it a one, two or three wrench job?

This is what I did.
Went to Pep-Boys and bought a referb rack assembly, and the left and right rack bushings. You can do this by yourself. I did it a 3am on by myself in poor light conditions. NOT recommended, get a non skilled friend who won't argue with you but will hold up heavy items wile you bolt them back in place :) You can do it in about 3 hours. Be aware that on top of the Rack bussing mounts (the 2 U shaped brackets that hold in the rack) have a lock nut on the top side of them. I don't know if it is OEM, but I twisted of 3 bolt before I figured it out. :p You my not have them, just check first.. The whole job cost me less than $200. Call around. AutoZone wanted $290 bucks for their rack. You can find them cheaper...
