I'm still at it!!
I'm restoring & trying to get my 260z ready!
I have an interesting phenomenom(something like that anyway)
I am not getting a spark at my spark plugs when I'm turning the engine over, but when I turn the key to the off position the spark plug sparks - it appears that the engine shorts out when it is turning over and as I turn the key to the off position(not the off position) I get a spark.
Any suggestions? Any advise?

i would say ignition module.. check the wires at the module compared to the wiring schematic.. maybe you left a ground out? i bet you messed with a wire or two recently..

Is the 'ignition module' the same thing as the 'transistor ignition'? If not, where would I find the 'ignition module'?

same thing.. check the wires going to and from the distributor also.. not the spark plug wires..and the ground under the afm if its injected
