PCV Valve? Just a thought.....

Or oil rings might be getting old ....

Somethings you might not have thought about?

blue smoke = oil
black smoke= rich fuel mixture
white smoke= blown head gasket or cracked head/ block (antifreeze burning)

if you put a old turbo on your car, and it started smoking blue smoke, it could be old oil seals in the turbo..

Before you start breaking things down try a bottle of seafoam in the crankcase-this should eliminate some of the internal potential sludge in the engine. Make sure you change the oil the following week if the car is a daily driver. If it keeps smoking uder acceleration take it to the shop.
