Well after riding in my friends 5.0 before and after he got gears installed I have decided to put a 3.9 diff into my 77z. Q. Should I use the solid diff mount along with the urethane mustash bar bushings?

If you don't mind alot of additional drivetrain noise you can go with the solid mount. Personally I'd stick with the stock one. If you're going to run it hard you might want to look up Marc Sayer. I think he used to make a diff snubber that would bolt to the diff arrestor strap and keep the diff from flexing up (the proverbial clunk) when under torque. He used to have a site for Marc Sayer Performance but I'm not sure if it's still up and running these days.
