how difficult wpuld it be to put a 81 TURBO engine in a 70 z, i've got 2 81's both turbos for parts both need little work to run. IF I NEED A WIRING HARNESS WOULD IT BE BETTER TO BUY ONE OR ARE THEY REASONABLY EASY TO REMOVE FROM THE DONOR Z

People do it all the time... It's pretty straight forward since everything bolts right in.
You also need the EFI harness, fuel pump and maybe even the tank, or modify the 240 one. But, like RacnJsn said, it shouldn't be too difficult.

If you start by using the search feature for something like "turbo swap" you should be off to a good start.

i dont think they have anything about this in the archives, but you can try.. just us the 'search' link near the top of the page.
BETTER TO REMOVE THE HARNESS FROM DONOR BR BUY
If you are going to keep the injection system stock, just take the harness out of the donor car.

You can get some sort of stand-alone fuel delivery system/ignition system.
Much easier to take the wiring from the donor car.
